    Ultimatrust Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is in the business of developing and selling AI analysis systems for surveillance camera images and providing cloud services for these systems. We recognize that it is our important social responsibility to protect the personal information we obtain from our customers and business partners through our business activities, as well as the personal information of our employees, and have established this policy to ensure that it is strictly observed.

    3. When the Company allows its employees to handle personal information, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such employees to ensure the safe management of such personal information.
    4. In the event that the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the entrusted party to ensure the safe management of the relevant personal information.
  5. Provision of personal information to third parties

    The Company will not provide personal information to a third party (hereinafter referred to as "provision to a third party") without the prior consent of the person in question, except in cases where disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.   7. Correction, etc. of personal information

  8. Suspension of use of personal information

  11. Changes to this Policy
